Who you are buying from
DRIP is operated by TIK DRIP, the seller of the service. When you use DRIP or buy a subscription, you are contracting with TIK DRIP.
Accepting these terms
By creating an account or continuing to use DRIP, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your country, or have authority to accept on behalf of your organization.
Your account
You need an account to save your LIVE numbers. Keep your password private — you are responsible for all activity on your account, and you must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Free logs
Every new creator gets 3 free saved check-ins for life. Only a successful save uses one; failed uploads or saves cost nothing.
Subscription and payments
Premium is $15 per month and unlocks unlimited check-ins, screenshot scanning and full league history. It renews monthly until you cancel, and cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms), and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse DRIP. That includes: using it for anything unlawful, fraud or spam; infringing anyone's intellectual property; interfering with the service's security (including malware, probing or scraping); attempting to bypass usage limits; or reselling or redistributing the service.
Our intellectual property
TIK DRIP owns DRIP and all of its intellectual property, including the software, design, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use DRIP for your own creator tracking. You may not copy, reverse engineer or resell any part of it.
Creator League
League standing is calculated from the numbers you save, over weekly ranking periods. Entering false numbers only misleads your own progress and may lead to a reset of your league history.
AI features
Screenshot scanning and the Creator AI coach are helpers, not guarantees. AI-generated output may be inaccurate — always double-check scanned numbers and treat coaching as advice, not a promise of growth or a substitute for professional guidance.
Service level
DRIP is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TIK DRIP is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill), and our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When your account is deleted, your saved logs and league history are permanently removed.
