Who is responsible for your data
DRIP is operated by TIK DRIP, which is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. That means TIK DRIP decides how and why your data is processed and is responsible for it.
What we store
Your email address, creator name, the daily LIVE numbers you enter (diamonds, hours live, followers, battles, views), your goals, your Creator League history, your settings and basic device and usage information needed to run the app.
Why we use it and our legal basis
We use your data to create and run your account, provide the tracking service, keep the service secure and prevent fraud, improve the product, and provide customer support. Our legal bases are performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and improving a secure service, your consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.
Screenshots you upload
Analytics screenshots are sent to our AI provider only to read the numbers off them. They are not kept after the numbers are returned, and they are never used to train models.
Creator AI coach
Your messages and a short summary of your tracked stats are sent to the AI provider to generate advice. Your chat stays on your device.
Who we share data with
Only you can see your logs — they are locked to your account and cannot be read by other creators. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers. We share data only with: service providers that help us run DRIP (hosting, AI processing and support tooling); Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which processes subscription billing, payments, tax compliance and invoicing when you buy Premium; professional advisers (such as legal or accounting) where needed; and authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your logs, goals, league history and settings are permanently removed. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can access and export your data, correct inaccurate information, and delete your account and data at any time from Settings. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data protection authority. Email support@dripcreator.app to exercise any of these rights and we will respond within one month.
Security
We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and row-level security that locks every record to its owner.
Cookies
DRIP uses essential browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies.
TikTok
DRIP is an independent tracker. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to TikTok, and it never accesses your TikTok account.
Deleting your data
Settings › Delete account permanently removes your account, every saved log and your league history. This cannot be undone.
